Our Commitment to our Guests and our Team…

Our Service Providers have voluntarily chosen to return to work in order to serve all of our current and new guests. They will be maintaining a heightened awareness of their surroundings and will be adhering to new and improved sanitization procedures throughout their shift.  Prior to arriving for your next appointment please read the following:


  • We ask you to arrive on time for your appointment, so that we may have time to completely sanitize our workspace in between guests.

  • We ask you to arrive for your appointment alone. We are limited in space to honor the social distancing guidelines. Additional seating will be unavailable.

  • We ask that you arrive wearing some type of face mask. Preferably one that does not tie behind your head if you are receiving hair services. 

  • We ask that you allow us to record your body temperature using a touchless infrared device.

  • We ask that you sanitize your hands upon arrival.

  • We ask that you honor the social distance standards with other guests.

  • We ask that you agree to a 50% guarantee for the cost of your service if you cancel within 24 hours or “no show” your appointment.

  • All staff has been directed to avoid shaking hands or hugging guests.

  • We have installed extra-large room air purifiers containing HEPA filters with, and most importantly, “Activated Charcoal Pre-Filters” which provide industrial-strength air cleaning. These adhere to the tougher standard, called ULPA (Ultra-Low Penetration Air), that can catch 99.99 percent of particles 0.12 microns and above (the size of the Corona Virus).

  • We will continue to use a medical-grade autoclave to sterilize all metal instruments used for nail and skin care.

  • In order to minimize personal contact, we ask you to please remain seated while your service provider assists you with all your future appointments, product purchases, and transactions. 

  • In order to further protect our staff and guests, we would ask you to use common courtesy if you are feeling under the weather, have recently traveled or been exposed to someone who has been traveling, have a cough, or have possibly been exposed to someone carrying the virus. Please reschedule your appointment for the protection of all. We will do our very best to accommodate you when you are feeling better.
